Over more than two decades, Ali structured some of Türkiye's largest infrastructure, energy, and finance transactions — multi-billion-euro petrochemical, pipeline, and energy deals spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. As Founding Partner at GSI, he has guided clients through complex project finance, restructurings, and cross-border M&A, and earned a national and international reputation as a litigator and arbitrator.

He is also a pioneer in legal AI, building the legal architecture for disruptive technology — artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced semiconductors — and the taxonomies and ontologies that make them usable at scale. He founded NewMind AI to turn that vision into product, reshaping how legal work gets done.

Twenty years in law, a decade of it in artificial intelligence and emerging technology. Gözde came up through project finance, banking, capital markets, and infrastructure law at GSI, then turned that expertise into legal-tech built to scale.

Today she advises enterprises on AI-driven transformation, responsible AI governance, and advanced technology integration, helping organizations move toward AI-powered operations. She has contributed to some of the first contractual frameworks for the field — including AI-as-a-service and technology integration agreements — defining the terms on which AI enters the enterprise.

Admitted in New York and İstanbul, Gözde works at the intersection of legal practice and machine intelligence, fluent in the language of both.
